We have stockists all over Australia, and they are very important to us. We will soon have them listed on this site. If you would like to shop local, please email us which products you like, and we will endeavour to find a stockist nearby.
Please contact The Source within 7 days of receipt of faulty or damaged items. We will do our best to make everything better. The Source will accept a return or exchange if you have changed your mind, however return post and exchanged item forwarding charges will be at your cost, and the product must be in original condition.
Please note: Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
Damaged goods received:
If your item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the damaged item to be sent immediately. Claims received after 7 days of receipt of order may not be acknowledged.
We accept PayPal secure payments, and Visa and Mastercard powered by stripe.
Ordering by telephone or email:
You are welcome to email us an order, in this case we will forward you a paypal invoice. Once invoiced, we will reserve your items for 7 days only.
You are welcome to place an order via telephone. 10am - 4pm weekdays. We accept Visa and mastercard payments over the phone, or we can email you our bank details.
